Lead ECE, IT, SN
Ms. Crystal brings her passion and expertise in early childhood education to Forest Cubs Childcare. She holds certifications in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Infant/Toddler Development (IT), and Special Needs (SN), which allow her to create enriching learning environments that support each child's growth and individuality. With experience in both non-profit and private childcare settings, Ms. Crystal has developed a well-rounded nurturing approach, drawing on the diverse needs and practices of different environments to tailor her care and support to each child. Outside of her professional role, she has a deep interest in nature and is always seeking to expand her knowledge of the world around her. Ms. Crystal is passionate about sharing this appreciation for nature with the children, teaching them the importance of respecting the environment and fostering kindness toward one another.
